Currently in early-access mode. No purchases are processed at this time. Joining the waitlist does not create a charge. The terms below apply once Aovitao Women Prebiotics is shipping.
TODO before paid launch: Confirm with counsel, lock the operating LLC, and align this with the Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy / Paddle) requirements.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. The product does not need to be unopened — we want you to actually try it.
How to request a refund
- Email support@aovitao.com with your order number and the reason for the refund.
- We will respond within 48 business hours.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What is covered
- One refund per customer per first-time order.
- Subscription orders: refunds apply to the most recent charge only. Cancel future renewals at any time from your account.
- Damaged or defective product on arrival: notify us within 7 days for a replacement at no charge.
What is not covered
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
- Bulk orders (3+ bottles) where the customer has not made a good-faith effort to use the product.
- Refunds where shipment was returned to sender due to incorrect address provided by the customer (we will reship for a fee, or refund minus shipping).
Shipping costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. You do not need to return the product unless we specifically request it.
